The program starts off very gradually with some walk/run sessions to ensure progressive adaptation.
Consistency is the most important ingredient, combined with keeping your mind on the event you selected at the end of 10 weeks!
You will be required to do three to four sessions per week, increasing training time gradually from week to week until you are ready initially for your first full 5 km run! From there the bar is raised as you start increasing again to get you fit and confident to the start of your 10km race!
The program also includes a stretching routine.
