The couch to 5 km will get you off the couch and onto the road, track or treadmill, getting ready for your first 5km run!!



The program assumes the worst so don’t be scared to start off with only a 15min session, interspersed with some short runs!
It is an 8 week plan that will amaze you at how, if you are consistent and determined, your body will adjust and be ready for 5km!
You will be guided from three to four sessions per week, increasing gradually from week to week until you are ready for your first full 5 km run!
The program also includes a stretching routine.
